Job Description
Responsible for account development, cold calling, assessing client requirement and fulfil
Manage account relationships, contract negotiations, sales, pricing, billing etc
Taking care of time cards and Payments from Client weekly basis and Payments to Candidates
timely manner.
Increase new business in assigned territory prospecting medium to large size organizations
Specialized in Hiring Non-IT positions.
Worked across states of USA.
Utilizing various job boards, social media websites, internal databases, search strings and referrals
to assess and identify qualified candidates.
Well versed with various job portals, indeed, CareerBuilder and Monster, Zip Recruiter etc.
Screen candidates to ensure their skill sets match the requirements of the position.
Ability to verify Certifications through US Contractors Websites.
Negotiate compensation with potential candidates.
Follow-up with both hiring Clients and candidates in a timely manner.
Manage start to finish the process from sourcing to extending offers and managing on boarding.
Work with candidates and advise them of appropriate career opportunities, guide them through
the recruiting process and develop a strong working relationship.
Worked with 1099 and W2 and C2C contractors
Build a pipeline of active candidates to minimize the time required to fill open positions.
Handling end to end recruitment of Junior, Middle & Senior level of recruitments independently.
Understanding & analysing the requirements of the position.
Organizing various levels of interviews.
Scheduling the Telephonic and face-to-face Interviews as per the requirement criteria. Follow-ups
with the candidates.
Performed reference checks, negotiated terms and rates for each project, coordinated the interview
process, extended offers, and closed candidates.
Review and understand job requirements.
Reviewed applicants to verify if position requirements are met. Created detailed job descriptions.
Follow up with the candidates after accepting the offer till the time the candidate joins the
organization.
