to assess and identify qualified candidates. 

 Well versed with various job portals, indeed, CareerBuilder and Monster, Zip Recruiter etc.

 Screen candidates to ensure their skill sets match the requirements of the position.

 Ability to verify Certifications through US Contractors Websites.

 Negotiate compensation with potential candidates.

 Follow-up with both hiring Clients and candidates in a timely manner.

 Manage start to finish the process from sourcing to extending offers and managing on boarding.

 Work with candidates and advise them of appropriate career opportunities, guide them through

the recruiting process and develop a strong working relationship.

 Build a pipeline of active candidates to minimize the time required to fill open positions.

 Handling end to end recruitment of Junior, Middle & Senior level of recruitments independently.

 Understanding & analysing the requirements of the position.

 Scheduling the Telephonic and face-to-face Interviews as per the requirement criteria. Follow-ups

with the candidates.
