Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Summary:

Efficacy Pest Control Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for energetic and target-driven Business Development Executives to expand our customer base through direct field sales. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business by visiting residential societies, restaurants, hotels, cafes, offices, retail outlets, commercial establishments, and other potential customers to promote our pest management services.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, confidence in meeting customers, and a passion for sales.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business through daily field visits.
• Meet prospective customers and explain Efficacy's pest control solutions.
• Identify business opportunities in:
• Restaurants
• Hotels & Resorts
• Residential Homes & Apartments
• Villas
• Offices & Commercial Buildings
• Retail Shops
• Hospitals
• Schools & Colleges
• Warehouses & Industries
• Conduct site inspections and understand customer requirements.
• Prepare and submit quotations with support from the office team.
• Convert leads into confirmed service orders.
• Build long-term relationships with customers.
• Achieve monthly sales targets assigned by the company.
• Maintain daily visit reports and customer database using CRM/Excel.
• Collect customer feedback and coordinate with the operations team for service execution.
• Attend promotional activities, exhibitions, society campaigns, and local marketing events.
• Generate referrals and repeat business.
• Required SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and convincing ability.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently in the field.
• Customer-focused approach.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and smartphone applications.
• Ability to prepare daily sales reports.
• EligibilityGraduate in any discipline (Preferred)
• Minimum 12th Pass may also apply with relevant sales experience.
• 0–3 years of experience in Field Sales, Direct Sales, FMCG, Banking, Telecom, Insurance, Facility Management, or Pest Control.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
