Job Title: Business Coordination ExecutiveLocationHyderabad

About the Role: Ayucar Labs is looking for a proactive, organised, and results-oriented Business Coordination Executive to manage day-to-day business operations, coordinate with various departments, support the sales team, and ensure smooth communication between customers, stockists, manufacturing, and internal teams.


The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong follow-up abilities, and the capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Key Responsibilities: Office Administration. Handle day-to-day office administration activities.
  • Maintain records, documents, reports, and business correspondence.
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and follow-up activities.
  • Prepare reports using Microsoft Excel and other office software.
  • Sales Coordination: Coordinate with the sales team across different regions, especially the Odisha team.
  • Track daily sales activities and follow up on pending tasks.
  • Assist in order processing and ensure timely execution.
  • Monitor sales targets and prepare progress reports.
  • Customer & Stockist Coordination: Communicate with stockists, distributors, dealers, and customers through phone, WhatsApp, and email.
  • Follow up on enquiries and convert qualified leads into confirmed business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
  • Resolve routine customer queries by coordinating with the relevant departments.
  • Manufacturing Coordination: Coordinate with the manufacturing team regarding order status, production schedules, dispatch timelines, and inventory availability.
  • Ensure smooth communication between production, dispatch, and sales teams.
  • Track order completion and provide regular updates to customers and the sales team.
  • Business Support: Maintain customer databases and lead records.
  • Prepare quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and other business documents when required.
  • Coordinate logistics and dispatch schedules.
  • Follow up on pending payments and outstanding orders.
  • Support management in daily operational activities and special projects.
  • Desired Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi- Native/ fluient, and Telugu.
  • Strong telephone etiquette and customer handling skills.
  • Good negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise work, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Positive attitude, ownership mindset, and attention to detail.
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or any relevant discipline.
  • 2–5 years of experience in office administration, sales coordination, customer support, business operations, or a similar role.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical, Ayurvedic, FMCG, healthcare, or manufacturing industry will be preferred.
