🚀 Job Description: Business Development Associate (B2B & B2C Ed-Tech Sales)

We provide top-tier academic coaching and premium digital learning solutions. We are expanding our sales team immediately to drive school tie-ups and accelerate student enrollments.
Position Available
- Role: Business Development Associate (BDA) / Business Development Manager (BDM)
- Department: Sales & Business Development
- Job Type: Full-time, Permanent (Hybrid: Office/Telecalling + Field Visits)
- Job Location: Across Hyderabad (Immediate Requirement)
📌 Dual Responsibilities
1. B2B Corporate Sales (School Tie-Ups)
- Pitch and secure strategic tie-ups with schools across Hyderabad for our premium IIT / NEET Foundation Programs.
- Sell our advanced E-Learning App (featuring comprehensive CBSE & State Board syllabus videos, interactive mock tests, and analytics) directly to school managements and principals as a B2B SaaS solution.
2. B2C High-Conversion Sales (Parent Closures)
- Handle high-intent, verified HOT LEADS provided daily by the company (No cold calling required).
- Call parents to pitch the benefits of Graviity Cloud Tuitions, counsel them regarding their child's academic needs, and invite them to visit their nearest local tuition point.
- Conduct face-to-face or telephonic counseling sessions to successfully close admissions and hit enrollment targets.
🎯 Candidate Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in Ed-Tech sales, School tie-ups, Institutional sales, or B2C educational counseling.
- Education: Any Graduate or Post-Graduate with a strong sales mindset.
- Communication: Fluency in Telugu is mandatory to connect with parents. Decent command of English/Hindi for school management pitches is preferred.
- Assets: Must own a Two-Wheeler (Bike/Scooter) and a valid Driving License for occasional school and tuition point visits.
- Skills: Strong negotiation skills, convincing capability, and experience pitching to school principals/management.
