Job Title: Business Development Sales Executive (In-Office)
Job Summary
We are seeking a high-energy, persuasive Business Development Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our company for walk-in clients and scheduled visitors. Your primary responsibility is to engage with potential customers who visit our office, understand their needs, and use your exceptional convincing skills to close sales.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Engagement: Welcoming and greeting office visitors warmly to build immediate rapport.Product Demonstration: Explaining product features, benefits, and value propositions clearly.Sales Conversion: Using strong negotiation and convincing skills to close deals on-site.Lead Qualification: Asking targeted questions to understand customer needs and budget constraints.Relationship Management: Following up with warm leads who visited the office but did not purchase immediately.Target Achievement: Meeting or exceeding weekly and monthly sales quotas.Required Skills and QualificationsConvincing Skills: Proven ability to influence decisions and overcome customer objections.Communication: Flawless verbal communication and active listening skills.Interpersonal Skills: High emotional intelligence to read customer behavior and adapt the sales pitch.Experience: 1–3 years of experience in retail sales, direct sales, or counter sales is preferred.
