Project Role : Business Process DesignerProject Role Description : Analyzes, develops, and improves workflows. Summary:
In the role of Business Process Designer, a typical day involves closely examining current workflows to identify areas where improvements can be made. This includes developing new approaches to enhance operational efficiency and collaborating with various stakeholders to gather detailed requirements and use cases. The role also focuses on designing mechanisms for ongoing monitoring and feedback, ensuring that processes evolve and improve continuously. Engaging with different teams to understand their needs and challenges is a key part of the daily routine, fostering an environment of continuous process refinement and optimization.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead initiatives to streamline workflows and enhance process efficiency across departments.
- Facilitate communication between business users and technical teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BusinessObjects Data Services.
- Strong analytical skills to assess and improve business processes effectively.
- Experience in designing and implementing process monitoring and feedback systems.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and translate business requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to develop innovative solutions for complex workflow challenges.
- Strong communication skills to articulate process improvements and facilitate stakeholder engagement.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP BusinessObjects Data Services.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
