Job Description

🔹 Job SummaryA Cake Master is responsible for preparing, designing, and decorating high-quality cakes according to customer requirements and company standards. The role requires creativity, precision, and strong baking skills.

  • 🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and bake a variety of cakes, pastries, and desserts
  • Design and decorate cakes based on customer orders and themes
  • Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
  • Handle fondant, cream, icing, and advanced decoration techniques
  • Maintain hygiene and food safety standards
  • Manage kitchen tools, ingredients, and inventory
  • Train and guide assistants/helpers if required
  • Ensure timely delivery of orders
