We are looking for an Energetic and Enthusiastic individual to join our team as Call Center Executive with minimum 1 year of experience (at least 0.6 months of telecalling experience)
Responsibilities
- Should have good oral and written communication
- Should possess good interpersonal skills
- Responsible for handling the incoming and outgoing calls
- Responsible for ensuring customer delight and maintaining good rapport with the caller
- An effective communicator, probably fluid with what he/she is speaking.
- Should be computer literate.
- The primary task of a call centre executive is to handle calls from customers or clients and provide them with a solution to their queries.
- He/She must show the willingness to learn new things
- Must take initiatives and be proactive.

Education Qualification: Graduate
Work experience: A minimum of 1 year's work experience in the similar role (at least 0.6 months of telecalling experience)
Languages : English, Hindi , Telugu and Tamil (Mandatory)
