SWASH is a premium car care brand delivering professional detailing services directly at our clients' homes across Hyderabad. We serve high-end villa communities and residential areas with a focus on quality, consistency, and customer satisfaction. Telugu speaking candidates are welcome - training is conducted in Telugu and Hindi.

Role: Car Detailer (Trainee to Level 1 and Level 2)

Training Period (Month 1 - Paid):

• Full 1 month paid training provided - no prior experience needed
• - During training you earn full base salary + per-car incentives from Day 1
• - SWASH trainers will teach you everything: detailing techniques, equipment use, product application, customer handling
• - After successfully completing training, you are promoted to Level 1 Car Detailer
• - Daily pay option available during training period

What You Will Do:

• Perform exterior and interior car cleaning, polishing, and detailing to SWASH quality standards
• - Pick up and drop off client vehicles for our VIP concierge service (valid driving licence required)
• - Deliver exceptional doorstep car care - no workshop, no commute for clients
• - Maintain all equipment and products as per standard operating procedures
• - Build strong client relationships and ensure repeat satisfaction
• - Earn Rs. 500 per car above daily target (Level 1) and Rs. 750 per car (Level 2)

Pay Structure:

• Trainee (Month 1): Full base pay + incentives from Day 1
• - Level 1 (After Training): Rs. 25,000 fixed + Rs. 500 per car incentive above daily target
• - Level 2 (Experienced): Rs. 35,000 - 40,000 fixed + Rs. 750 per car incentive above target
• - Earning potential: Rs. 30,000 to 45,000 per month
• - Daily pay option available on request

Requirements:

• Valid driving licence (4-wheeler preferred, 2-wheeler minimum)
• - Physically fit and detail-oriented
• - Willing to work 6 days a week with 1 fixed day off
• - Hyderabad residents preferred
• - Telugu, Hindi, or basic communication skills welcome
