Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and empathetic Career Counselor to guide students in choosing the right career path. The role involves counseling students, understanding their interests and strengths, explaining course options, handling admissions queries, and maintaining student follow-ups. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build trust with students and parents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one career guidance to students
  • Counsel students on courses, career paths, and industry opportunities
  • Handle walk-ins, calls, and enquiry follow-ups
  • Support admissions and documentation process
  • Maintain student records and reports

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Student-focused and result-oriented approach
  • Prior counseling or education industry experience preferred
