Catalog Operator Myntra/Amazon /Mesho

looking for a detail-oriented and proactive eCommerce Marketplace Executive to manage product catalog uploads and marketplace operations on Amazon and Meesho. The candidate should have hands-on experience in product listing, catalog management, inventory coordination, and order follow-up for fashion or apparel products.

Key Responsibilities

● Upload and manage product listings on Amazon and Meesho.

● Create SEO-friendly product titles, descriptions, bullet points, and keywords.

● Handle catalog updates including pricing, inventory, sizes, images, and product details.

● Coordinate with internal teams for product information and image collection.

● Monitor listing quality and resolve listing errors or suppression issues.

● Follow up on orders, returns, cancellations, and marketplace-related queries.

● Maintain accurate inventory updates across marketplaces.

● Track product performance and marketplace reports.

● Ensure timely updates during offers, sales, and promotional campaigns.

● Coordinate with marketplace support teams for issue resolution.

● Maintain proper product categorization and marketplace compliance.

Required Skills

● 1–2 years of experience in Amazon and Meesho catalog management.

● Knowledge of marketplace seller panels and listing processes.

● Basic understanding of eCommerce operations and product uploads.

● Experience in fashion/apparel catalog management is preferred.

● Good communication and coordination skills.

● Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

● Basic Excel knowledge for reports and inventory tracking.

Preferred Qualifications

● Experience in sportswear, fashion, or apparel brands.

● Knowledge of Amazon flat files and bulk uploads is an advantage
