We are looking for young, energetic, and experienced leaders to drive Sales, accelerate Customer Acquisition, and manage day-to-day Mobility Sales Operations at the Jio Centres in the role of Channel Sales Lead.

Malakpet & Ramanthapur

Telecom, FinTech, Consumer Electronics, FMCG

🎓 Education

Any Graduation

🧑‍💼 Experience

4+ years (Mandatory experience in Mobility Sales, Distribution Handling, Retailer Engagement & Territory Management)

💰 CTC (Fixed)

₹6,10,000 per annum + TA+DA

🔑 Job Responsibilities

Drive SIM activations at retail outlets as per assigned targets

Increase revenue and market share by expanding retail width and product availability

Manage productivity of Channel Partners and Field Sales Executives (FSEs)

Train and ensure adequate deployment of FSEs with distributors

Ensure distributors and retailers maintain adequate stock levels

Strengthen distribution by increasing recharge, SIM, and selling outlets

Drive basic distribution parameters, including ROI for distributors and retailers

Track competitor plans, policies, best practices, and initiatives; report insights to JC and State S&D teams

Propose initiatives to enhance visibility and performance within the territory
