We are Hiring!
Face O'Clock is growing and as we continue to scale, we are looking for a meticulous and proactive Chartered Accountant to join our team and help keep our finances as clean and straightforward as our skincare.
Location: Hyderabad (On-site)
What you’ll do:
Accounts and Finance:
* Manage day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, and bank reconciliations.
* Handle vendor payouts, invoicing, and inventory accounting.
* Manage GST filings, TDS, Professional tax and other statutory compliances.
* Reconcile payment gateways and e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, blinkit, Jiomart, Razorpay, etc.).
* Assist in month-end closing and preparing financial reports.
* Handle order processing and invoicing.
Brand Alliance:
* Tie-up with others brands for marketing and collaboration.
* Corporate tie-ups for launch of our products.
Who you are:
* A Chartered Accountant (CA).
* Highly proficient in accounting software Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory and MS Excel.
* Experience in the D2C, retail, or e-commerce space is a big plus!
