Coffee Diaries is a vibrant café under Planovative Diaries LLP, located alongside Play Diaries in Kondapur. We are known for our fresh brews, healthy bowls, and innovative menus that blend global flavors with kid-friendly and health-focused dishes. We are looking for a passionate and creative Chef who can lead our kitchen team and contribute to building a signature food identity.

• RequirementsProven experience as a Chef in cafés, restaurants, or quick service outlets (minimum 3–5 years).
• Strong culinary knowledge in both Indian & Continental café-style food.
• Passion for innovation with a focus on healthy and kid-friendly cuisine.
• Ability to manage kitchen budgets, inventory, and vendor relations.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations.
• Leadership, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
