Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
  • Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and standards.
  • Monitor project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers.
  • Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Verify measurements, quantities, and material usage for billing purposes.
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions on-site.
  • Review and interpret construction drawings, BOQs, and technical documents.
  • Monitor labor productivity and equipment utilization.
  • Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Maintain site records, reports, and documentation.
  • Participate in meetings with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders.
