Job Description

1. Site Execution & Supervision

  • Execute work as per architectural & structural drawings
  • Monitor daily site activities and labour productivity
  • Ensure proper material usage and minimize wastage
  • Maintain daily progress reports

2. Quality Control

  • Ensure all work meets required quality standards
  • Perform checks for reinforcement, shuttering, concrete, and finishing
  • Identify and resolve on-site technical issues
  • Maintain quality checklists

3. Planning & Coordination

  • Coordinate with architects, consultants, and vendors
  • Plan daily & weekly work schedules
  • Ensure timely availability of materials
  • Track timelines and highlight delays

4. Client Interaction

  • Provide regular updates to clients
  • Handle basic client queries at site
  • Escalate critical issues to management

5. Billing & Measurement

  • Take site measurements and prepare BOQs
  • Verify contractor/vendor bills

6. Site Management & Safety

  • Manage labour and subcontractors
  • Ensure site safety and discipline
  • Maintain site records and documentation
