Civil Site Engineer

We are looking for a versatile and hands-on Civil Site Engineer to oversee both the construction/maintenance works and the daily operational activities of our farmhouse estate. This role requires a unique blend of civil engineering expertise and practical estate management skills to ensure all structural works and internal farm operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Civil & Construction Supervision: Supervise ongoing construction, renovations, landscaping, and structural maintenance within the farmhouse property.
• Farm Operations Management: Oversee daily internal farm activities, including boundary maintenance, pathways, water management systems, and worker supervision.
• Vendor & Labor Coordination: Manage on-site laborers, contractors, and vendors. Allocate tasks daily and ensure work is completed on time and within budget.
• Infrastructure Maintenance: Ensure regular upkeep of estate infrastructure, including plumbing, electrical setups, drainage systems, fencing, and water tanks/borewells.
• Material Procurement: Estimate, source, and manage inventory for construction and operational materials, ensuring minimal wastage.
• Quality & Safety Control: Maintain high standards of quality for all civil works and ensure a safe working environment across the estate.
