Civil Site Engineer

We are seeking a dedicated and technically sound Civil Site Engineer to supervise construction activities, coordinate site execution, monitor quality, and ensure timely project completion. The ideal candidate should possess practical knowledge of Quantity Surveying, Estimation, BOQ preparation, Billing Engineering, Quantity Take-Off, and Cost Control in addition to site execution.

Candidates holding a Quantity Surveying Certificate from any of the following institutions will be preferred:

• NICMAR
• BHADANIS QS Institute
• IIT (Relevant Quantity Surveying / Construction Management Certification)

• Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project standards.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor site progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Verify measurements and maintain site records.
• Prepare and review BOQs, quantity take-offs, and material requirements.
• Assist in contractor billing, client billing, and variation claims.
• Monitor material consumption and control wastage.
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety requirements.
• Coordinate inspections and resolve technical issues.
• Support planning, scheduling, and project documentation.

Maintain proper measurement books and project records.
