Client Coordination & Operations Executive


(Office-Based Role)


We are looking for a dedicated and responsible person to join our team for handling client coordination, appointment scheduling, lead generation, and operational support.


Job Responsibilities:


- Handling incoming & outgoing client calls

- Coordinating appointments between clients & technicians

- Managing daily booking schedules and follow-ups

- Generating new leads and converting enquiries

- Sharing reports with clients professionally

- Tracking technician performance & customer ratings

- Supporting after-sales follow-up and client conversion

- Instagram posts/content updates .

- Maintaining smooth communication between all departments

_ Interior Material dispatch and site delivery.

  • Data sharing
  • Input data into the system / Data Entry.
  • Handling Other Office works like Documentation etc.


Salary & Incentives:



- Target-Based Role

- Minimum Target: 25 bookings/month

- Attractive Incentives for extra bookings

- Incentive slabs increase for every additional 5 bookings achieved
