Job Description
The Client Relationship Manager is responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This role acts as the main point of contact between the company and its clients, helping to resolve issues, identify opportunities for growth, and deliver excellent service.
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication
Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
Ensure timely and successful delivery of products/services
Handle client inquiries, concerns, and complaints efficiently
Monitor client satisfaction and gather feedback
Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, support) to meet client expectations
Prepare reports on account status and client performance
Negotiate contracts and agreements when necessary
