Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Cloud Kitchen Manager to oversee daily kitchen operations, manage staff, maintain food quality and hygiene standards, monitor inventory, ensure timely order dispatch, and control kitchen costs. The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience in cloud kitchen or restaurant operations with strong leadership and team management skills.

Experience in Cloud Kitchen or QSR operations.

Team management and leadership skills.

Inventory & cost control.

Knowledge of FSSAI food safety standards.

Basic computer knowledge (Excel/POS).

Strong problem-solving and communication skills
