Description & Requirements

As a Cloud System Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in deploying, maintaining, and supporting our cloud infrastructure solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of our cloud environments. This role requires hands-on experience with Kubernetes, and AWS, along with a willingness to support rotational shifts.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain Linux-based servers.
• Deploy, and manage Kubernetes clusters for containerized applications.
• Manage and optimize cloud resources on AWS platforms.
• Manage and optimize cloud resources on AWS platforms (EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, RDS, CloudWatch, Lambda, EKS, Route 53, ELB).
• Participate in OnCall rotation and provide support during non-standard hours and maintenance windows.
• Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Monitor system performance using monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch) and troubleshoot issues proactively.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3 to 4 years of experience in cloud infrastructure management
• Proficiency in Kubernetes orchestration and containerization technologies.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Willingness to support rotational shifts.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana
