We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Compliance Executive for our Chartered Accountant firm. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in taxation, ROC compliances, accounting, and statutory filings.

Age Criteria

Key Responsibilities
ROC & Corporate Law Compliances
- Preparation and filing of ROC forms
- Handling annual ROC compliances for companies and LLPs
- Incorporation of companies/LLPs
- Maintenance of statutory registers and records
- Coordination for MCA-related matters
Income Tax Compliances
- Preparation and filing of:
- Individual ITRs
- Partnership firm ITRs
- Company ITRs
- TDS calculations and compliance
- Monthly/quarterly/annual TDS return filings
- Preparation of Form 16 & Form 16A
- Responding to income tax notices (basic level)
GST Compliances
- Preparation and filing of:
- GSTR-1
- GSTR-3B
- Annual GST returns
- GST reconciliations
- Handling GST registration/amendment applications
- Basic GST assessments and notices support
Accounting & Financial Reporting
- Finalisation of books of accounts
- Preparation of financial statements
- Ledger scrutiny and reconciliations
- Bank reconciliations
- Assisting in statutory/tax audits
Software & Technical Skills
- Working knowledge of:
- Tally
- Zoho Books
- MS Excel
- MS Word
- PowerPoint
- Knowledge of MCA, Income Tax, and GST portals
Preferred Skills
- Good communication and drafting skills
- Ability to handle multiple client assignments
- Strong analytical and reconciliation skills
Time management and deadline-oriented approach
