Job Description

Job Title: Continental Chef (Commis/CDP)

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook continental dishes as per recipes and SOPs.
  • Maintain food quality, hygiene, and presentation.
  • Ensure proper food storage and stock management.
  • Keep the kitchen clean and organized.
  • Work efficiently with the team during busy hours.

Requirements:

  • Experience in continental cuisine preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene.
