Job Title Panel Technician / PLC-HMI Programmer Job Summary We are looking for a skilled Control Panel Technician with experience in electrical control panel assembly, wiring, troubleshooting, and PLC/HMI programming. The candidate should be able to independently build, test, install, and maintain industrial control panels and automation systems.Key Responsibilities Assemble and wire electrical control panels according to electrical drawings and layouts. Read and understand electrical schematics, GA drawings, and panel layouts.Install and troubleshoot industrial electrical components such as:MCB, MCCB, Relays, Contactors VFDs, SMPS, Timers Sensors, Push Buttons, Indicators Perform PLC programming, testing, and troubleshooting. Develop and modify HMI screens for machine operation and monitoring. Conduct panel testing, FAT, and site commissioning activities. Diagnose electrical and automation faults in machines and panels. Ensure proper cable dressing, ferruling, labeling, and panel finishing .Follow electrical safety standards and company procedures. Coordinate with engineers and production teams during project execution. Required Skills Knowledge of industrial control panel wiring and assembly. Experience in PLC programming (Siemens, Delta, Mitsubishi, Allen Bradley, etc.).HMI development and troubleshooting experience. Understanding of VFD configuration and motor control circuits. Ability to use electrical testing instruments such as multimeter and megger.Knowledge of AutoCAD electrical drawings is an advantage.Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Educational Qualification ITI / Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering.Experience1–5 years of experience in control panel manufacturing or industrial automation. Preferred Requirements Experience in machine automation projects. Site installation and commissioning experience.Ability to work independently and under pressure.
