Location : Hyderabad

Work Timings : 10 to 8

Shift : Rotational

Mode : Onsite 6 days a week.

Stipend : 12 - 18K (Based on Performance)

Laptop : Mandatory

Language : Telugu Mandatory and English Needed , Hindi - Optional.

Role Overview:

Work on qualified leads provided by the company and convert them into customers through effective follow-ups, relationship building, and deal closure.

Responsibilities:

• Connect with leads shared by the company.
• Understand customer requirements and explain company offerings.
• Follow up regularly through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
• Negotiate and close sales opportunities.
• Maintain lead status and update CRM records.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding.
• Achieve assigned conversion and revenue targets.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills in Telugu and English.
• Confident in handling customer conversations.
• Good negotiation and convincing abilities.
• Target-oriented and self-driven mindset.
• Prior sales, telecalling, or customer-facing experience is a plus.
• Quick learner with basic CRM knowledge.

Note: Lead generation is not part of this role. All leads will be provided by the company. The primary responsibility is follow-up, conversion, and closure.
