Job Description

  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers
  • Handle office maintenance and facility requirements
  • Training of on-site teams on housekeeping standard
  • Maintain inventory of all housekeeping materials and consumables
  • Carry out monthly visits and regular audits at all offices in area
  • Ensure availability of transport for business requirements.
  • Optimize electricity, transport, pantry and house-keeping costs,9. Resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction within timelines
  • Ensure compliance to organization guidelines and benchmarks
