Counsellor Cum Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a Counsellor Cum Sales Executive responsible for converting walk-in and digital leads into consultations and paid treatments through effective counselling and sales follow-up. This is a revenue-driven role, directly impacting clinic growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle walk-in and online inquiries (calls, WhatsApp, social media)
• Counsel clients on hair and skin treatments with clarity and confidence
• Convert leads into appointments and paid services
• Consistently follow up until closure
• Maintain client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
• Achieve monthly sales targets and upsell relevant services
• Coordinate with doctors and front desk for smooth client experience
• Update and manage leads in CRM

Requirements

• Any Graduate
• 1–3 years of experience in sales/counselling (clinic/aesthetic industry preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of hair/skin treatments is an advantage
• Confident, presentable, and target-oriented
• Must know Good English, Telugu & Hindi Languages.
