Counter Staff

Key Responsibilities:

·        Follow correct cash handling procedures and revenue collection as per the policies and procedures.

Maintaining a cash float and no variance in sales.

·        Effective customer handling by handling queries regarding film content, rating, show times and also delight each and every customer by giving best service.

·        Ensure revenue maximization and correct handling of the food and beverage by following: Cross Selling, Suggestive Selling, Up Selling, and Merchandise at Seat Service.

·        Responsible for handling the customer queries, tele- sales and ticket deliveries, by reducing call time.

·        Ensure that all the statutory forms and formats for revenue collection are maintained in the respective areas at all times.

·        Responsible for handling Box Office and Concessions independently.

·        Ensure highest level of integrity towards organization & patron.

·        Will ensure revenue maximization and correct handling of the food and beverage by following: Cross Selling, Up selling, Merchandising, Seat Service.

·        Will be responsible for handling the telephone system assisting patron queries, tele- sales and ticket deliveries, by reducing call time.

·        To ensure that all the statutory forms and formats for revenue collection are maintained in the respective areas at all times.

·        Should be customer oriented.
