Key Responsibilities

• Greet and serve customers with a friendly and positive attitude
• Prepare and serve gelato soft-serve cones, cups, sundaes, and beverages
• Operate POS billing system and handle cash/card transactions accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the store at all times
• Refill toppings, cones, cups, and other supplies as required
• Ensure proper storage and handling of food items
• Assist in opening and closing duties
• Follow food safety and company guidelines

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass
• Prior experience in F&B, ice cream parlour, café, or retail is preferred (not mandatory)
• Good communication skills
• Pleasant personality and customer-friendly approach
• Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Basic understanding of hygiene and cleanliness standards

• Quick learner and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills for billing and cash handling
