Job Description:

As a Full-Time Team Member at Taco Bell, Hi-Tech City, Hyderabad, you will play an integral role in ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant while providing excellent customer service. You will be responsible for working across various areas of the restaurant, such as food preparation, customer service, and maintaining cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service: Greet customers, take orders accurately, and ensure a positive and friendly experience.

Order Processing: Handle both dine-in and take-away orders, ensuring efficiency in the preparation and serving process.

Food Preparation: Assist in preparing menu items according to Taco Bell’s standards and guidelines, ensuring food safety and quality.

Kitchen Support: Help maintain cleanliness in the kitchen area and ensure that all equipment is sanitized and operational.

Cash Handling: Operate the cash register, process payments, and maintain accuracy in transactions.

Inventory and Stocking: Assist in maintaining stock levels for all items, reporting shortages when necessary, and keeping inventory areas organized.

Cleanliness & Maintenance: Ensure the restaurant, dining area, and kitchen are clean and organized at all times, following health and safety standards.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations during shifts, especially during peak hours.

Qualifications:

10th & Above

Previous experience in the fast-food or restaurant industry is a plus but not required.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team.

Must be reliable, punctual, and able to handle a fast-paced environment.

Basic understanding of food hygiene and safety practices.

Flexibility in working hours, including weekends, holidays, and shifts.
