Job Description

1. Dealing with Customers who purchases villas/ flats.

2. ⁠after purchasing Villa/ Flat, they will come to project side to see progress. Then you have to update them construction progress to customer.

3. ⁠if any changes , modifications requested by customers, you have to complete those works with site engineers after management approval.

4. ⁠Payment schedule information to customers.

5. ⁠Payment follow-up with customers.

6. ⁠required documents collection from customer.

7. ⁠giving required docs to customers for loan process. 

8. ⁠discuss and coordinate with project engineers.

Good communication skills must. (Telugu, Hindi and English).
