Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive CRM Executive/Manager to oversee customer relations, coordinate with internal departments, and manage software systems in the Water Treatment industry. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of CRM systems, sales coordination, vendor evaluation, and technical troubleshooting. The role demands excellent communication skills, strong system knowledge, and the ability to work across departments to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Team Coordination:
Manage and support the sales team to ensure effective lead follow-up and customer engagement.
Track and review sales performance through CRM software and provide insights.
Vendor Management:
Evaluate and approve technically suitable vendors.
Ensure proper vendor selection based on technical capabilities and service history.
CRM Software Management:
Operate and manage CRM software effectively.
Maintain accurate customer data, sales pipeline, service schedules, and feedback records.
Technical Coordination:
Understand and speak on technical aspects related to products and services.
Liaise with technical teams and vendors for solution design and implementation.
IT Systems & Server Knowledge:
Monitor and resolve issues related to CRM systems, basic IT infrastructure, or server-related tasks.
Work closely with the IT department or software vendors for timely resolution of technical problems.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
Act as a central point of coordination between departments such as sales, service, procurement, and accounts.
Ensure smooth flow of information and timely execution of tasks across teams.
Communication & Language Skills:
Maintain professional communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as needed.
