Assist in facilitating impact assessment efforts and in producing and reviewing estimates for client work requests.

Summary:
As a Custom Application Architect, your day involves offering expert guidance to plan and analyze the functional and technical aspects of applications. You support the development and enhancement of future capabilities by collaborating with various stakeholders. Your role includes assessing the impact of proposed changes and assisting in the preparation and review of estimates for client requests, ensuring smooth delivery and alignment with business needs. This position requires a thoughtful approach to problem-solving and continuous engagement with project teams to maintain application effectiveness and innovation.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and clarify requirements for application enhancements.
- Assist in documenting technical specifications and functional designs to support development efforts.
- Support the evaluation and integration of new technologies to improve application performance and scalability.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to foster professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Campaign Classic.
- Strong understanding of campaign management and automation workflows within Adobe Campaign Classic.
- Experience in designing and implementing custom solutions and integrations for marketing automation platforms.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to application architecture and delivery.
- Familiarity with scripting languages and database management to support application customization and data handling.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Adobe Campaign Classic.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
