Role Overview
The Campaign & Webinar Operations Specialist will support the Global Demand Center by executing email campaigns, customer communications, and webinar programs that engage prospects and customers across the full marketing funnel. This role is primarily responsible for the hands-on execution of marketing programs, including campaign build, QA, deployment, broadcast management, and performance tracking across Pardot and ON24.
This role focuses on the execution layer of demand generation and customer communications, ensuring that campaigns and webinars are delivered accurately, consistently, and at scale. The role is not intended to define campaign strategy or messaging instead, it is responsible for translating defined requirements into operational execution, maintaining quality control, and ensuring that programs run reliably from build through reporting.
This role will operate within a broader U.S. led Global Demand Center, partnering closely with campaign managers, product marketing, field marketing, Marketing Operations, RevOps, and Digital teams to support campaign delivery, webinar execution, and program reporting. The role requires strong attention to detail, platform fluency, and the ability to manage recurring programs and live execution environments with a high degree of reliability.
Key Responsibilities
Email Campaign Execution & Customer Communications
Build, QA, and deploy email campaigns in Pardot to support customer communications (product updates, lifecycle messaging) and demand generation programs (cross-sell, upsell, new acquisition).
Translate defined campaign requirements into Pardot assets, including email templates, dynamic content, segmentation inputs, and campaign structures.
Execute campaign scheduling, send operations, and deployment timing aligned to global marketing calendars.
Validate campaign setup, ensuring correct audience selection, suppression logic, personalization tokens, tracking parameters, and campaign attribution alignment.
Conduct QA and regression testing across campaign assets, links, forms, trigger logic, and downstream tracking to ensure error-free execution.
Support A/B testing (subject lines, content variations, timing) and ensure test design is properly configured and measured.
Monitor email deliverability, list hygiene, opt-outs, and suppression compliance to maintain appropriate communication practices.
Maintain campaign execution documentation, templates, QA checklists, and process standards to support repeatable workflows.

Webinar Program Execution (ON24)
Own execution of webinar programs across customer and prospect audiences (20–24 webinars per year), including setup, testing, broadcast, and post-event processing.
Configure ON24 webinar environments, including registration pages, event consoles, integration with Pardot/Salesforce, and email triggers.
Conduct speaker preparation, dry runs, and technical checks to ensure readiness prior to live broadcast.
Manage live webinar delivery, including broadcast monitoring, attendee experience, troubleshooting, and moderation support.
Execute post-webinar processes, including recording management, publishing, transcription coordination, and asset distribution.
Ensure attendee and engagement data is captured, validated, and integrated into CRM and marketing automation systems for follow-up and reporting.

Reporting, Integration & Operational Support
Track and report performance across email and webinar programs, including open rates, click-through rates, registration, attendance, engagement, and campaign contribution.
Ensure campaign and webinar data is properly structured to support downstream reporting, attribution, and pipeline measurement.
Monitor integration points between Pardot, ON24, and Salesforce to ensure accurate data flow, campaign reporting, and lead tracking.
Troubleshoot campaign and webinar execution issues, escalating to Marketing Operations, RevOps, or platform owners when required.
Partner with segmentation, data, and marketing operations teams to ensure audience readiness and campaign execution alignment.
Identify recurring execution inefficiencies and recommend process improvements, automation opportunities, or standardization approaches.
Required Skills and Experience
Hands-on experience executing marketing campaigns in marketing automation platforms, with Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement) required.
Hands-on experience executing webinars using ON24 (or comparable enterprise webinar platform), including broadcast management.
Strong understanding of campaign operations, including email setup, QA processes, segmentation inputs, personalization, and campaign tracking.
Experience supporting customer communications, lifecycle marketing, and demand generation programs.
Familiarity with Salesforce CRM, campaign objects, and lead/contact data structures.
Experience conducting QA, troubleshooting campaign issues, and validating end-to-end marketing workflows.
Ability to manage live operational environments (e.g. webinars) with reliability, attention to detail, and issue resolution under time constraints.
Working knowledge of email deliverability, compliance (opt-out, suppression rules), and list hygiene best practices.
Experience documenting execution processes, maintaining templates, and improving operational consistency.
Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools to track campaign and webinar performance.
Experience using AI-enabled tools or automation to support campaign building, QA, documentation, or reporting is preferred.
Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to manage multiple concurrent campaign and webinar timelines.

Webinar programs are delivered reliably, with consistent execution quality across setup, broadcast, and post-event follow-through.
Campaign QA processes reduce errors, ensuring links, tracking, segmentation, and personalization are correct prior to launch.
Email and webinar program data is accurate, timely, and usable for reporting, attribution, and pipeline measurement.
Integration between Pardot, ON24, and Salesforce supports reliable data flow and campaign tracking.
Execution processes are documented, repeatable, and continuously improved to support scale.
Operational issues are identified, resolved, and documented with minimal disruption to campaign timelines or live programs.
