Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, construction, and configuration of software applications. This role requires taking charge of the development process, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that the applications meet the required specifications. The engineer acts as the main liaison for the project, overseeing progress and addressing any challenges that arise to maintain smooth delivery and high-quality outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize development processes and application performance.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Red Hat OpenShift.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Accenture Digital Video Solutions.
- Strong knowledge of container orchestration and management within cloud environments.
- Experience in automating deployment pipelines and managing scalable application infrastructures.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to application deployment and configuration.
- Familiarity with integrating applications into enterprise ecosystems and ensuring security compliance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Red Hat OpenShift.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
