Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that enhance various system components and applications. The role requires engaging in coding activities, collaborating with team members to refine software features, and continuously improving the performance and scalability of solutions. Working within an agile environment, the engineer focuses on delivering high-quality, customized software that aligns with evolving business requirements and supports organizational goals effectively.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Maintain and update existing software components to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Document development processes and code changes to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Integration Suite.
- Experience in designing and implementing integration flows and APIs within cloud environments.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration and system issues.
- Familiarity with cloud-native application development and deployment practices.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP BTP Integration Suite.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
