Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves collaborating closely with various stakeholders to understand and clarify business needs. You will engage in designing tailored software solutions that align with organizational goals and operational workflows. Your role includes analyzing requirements, contributing to architectural decisions, and ensuring that the applications developed effectively support business processes. You will also participate in discussions to refine project scopes and assist in creating detailed design documents that guide development teams throughout the software lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to ensure alignment between technical solutions and business objectives.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to drive project success.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AWS Architecture.
- Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure design and deployment best practices.
- Experience with designing scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud solutions.
- Ability to analyze complex system requirements and translate them into architectural designs.
- Familiarity with cloud service models, including infrastructure as a service, platform as a service, and software as a service.
- Understanding of networking, security, and compliance considerations within cloud environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in AWS Architecture.
