Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to align with specific business processes and application needs. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of junior team members.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery of solutions.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Field Service Management.
- Strong experience in application design and configuration within enterprise environments.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical requirements.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving software issues to maintain system reliability.
- Experience working collaboratively in multi-disciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and best practices for application deployment.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Field Service Management.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
