- Assist in identifying trends in customer feedback to support continuous improvement.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when needed.

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Customer Service Management.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and internal teams.
- Ability to manage multiple customer requests and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Experience in using customer relationship management tools and software.
- Problem-solving skills to identify issues and provide appropriate solutions.
- Capability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Service Management.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
