- Lead the implementation of best practices to improve software development processes and team productivity.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration of software components across projects.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Conversational AI.
- Experience in natural language processing techniques and dialogue management systems.
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to design and implement scalable AI-driven conversational interfaces.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment of AI models in production environments.
