Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business process and application needs. This role requires engaging with various stakeholders to understand requirements and translating them into functional software solutions. The workday often includes collaborating with team members to ensure that applications are aligned with organizational goals and are optimized for performance and usability. Continuous refinement and adaptation of software components to meet evolving business demands are integral parts of the daily routine.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to maintain smooth operational workflows.
- Document application designs, configurations, and changes to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automation Anywhere.
- Experience in developing and deploying automation workflows using Automation Anywhere platform.
- Familiarity with scripting and programming concepts to enhance automation capabilities.
- Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into automated solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve technical challenges in automation projects.
- Knowledge of integration techniques to connect automation solutions with other enterprise systems.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Automation Anywhere.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
