- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Strong experience in developing and customizing SAP applications using ABAP on the HANA platform.
- Ability to optimize code performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues within SAP environments.
- Familiarity with database concepts and integration techniques relevant to SAP HANA.
- Experience in collaborating with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Skilled in debugging, testing, and deploying SAP ABAP programs to ensure high-quality deliverables.
