Job Description
📍 Location: Tharamandal Complex, Saifabad, Khairtabad, Hyderabad
🎓 Qualification: Any Graduate (Freshers Welcome)
💰 Salary: Up to ₹18,000/- per month
🕒 Shift: Day Shift (Rotational)
- Job Responsibilities:Proactively interact with customers and resolve queries, ensuring excellent customer service and First Call Resolution (FCR).
- Meet daily and weekly performance targets.
- Communicate effectively in English, Telugu, Hindi, and other regional languages.
- Handle customer concerns with empathy, professionalism, and a customer-centric approach.
