📍 Location: Hyderabad (Work From Office)

🌙 Shift: Night Shift

📅 Working Days: 5 Days Working | Split Week Off

🎙️ VOICE PROCESS (Inbound)


✅ Eligibility:

• 12th Pass or above

• Minimum 1 Year International Voice Process Experience (Inbound)

• B2C Domain Experience Mandatory

• Excellent English Communication Skills (Versant B2 - 58)


💰 Salary Package:

🔹 12–17 Months Experience – Up to ₹4.40 LPA

Approx Take Home: ₹28,668/month + Performance Incentives


🔹 18+ Months Experience – Up to ₹4.90 LPA

Approx Take Home: ₹32,002/month + Performance Incentives


📝 Interview Process:

HR Round ➡️ Operations Round (UAT) ➡️ SHL 58 ➡️ B2 Assessment
