Job Description

Lead and manage a team of customer care executives to deliver exceptional customer service. Monitor team performance, set targets, and ensure KPIs are met. Handle escalated customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently. Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews. Prepare daily/weekly reports on team performance and service quality. Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience. Motivate team members and maintain high morale and productivity.
