About the RoleWe are looking for smart and customer-friendly Female Customer Relationship Executives for a Jewellery Showroom. The ideal candidate should have experience in jewellery sales or customer handling and be capable of managing customer interactions professionally both in-person and over phone calls.

• Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and receive customers visiting the showroom.
• Understand customer requirements and guide them to the concerned sales team.
• Collect and maintain customer details and required information accurately.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally in person and through phone calls.
• Make follow-up calls regarding customer visits, offers, feedback, and services.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure excellent customer experience.
• Coordinate with the sales team for smooth customer handling.
• Maintain customer records, appointments, and follow-up data.
• Eligibility CriteriaMinimum 3 years of experience in Jewellery Sales / Customer Relationship / Showroom Handling mandatory.
• Female candidates only.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge preferred.
• Professional appearance and customer service attitude.
• Preferred SkillsStrong customer handling and communication abilities.
