Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies for growing the company’s presence in the healthcare market, aligned with company goals.
Client Acquisition: Identify, engage, and acquire new healthcare clients, focusing on hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centers.
Partnerships: Build and manage relationships with key decision-makers, fostering long-term business partnerships.
Revenue Growth: Develop and execute plans to meet or exceed sales and revenue targets.
Team Leadership: Lead and inspire the business development team to achieve high performance.
Market Research: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine business strategies.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to deliver solutions tailored to client needs.
Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations and ensure agreements meet both client expectations and company objectives.
Brand Representation: Represent the company at industry events and conferences, increasing visibility and market influence.
Required Skills:
Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business development processes, sales strategies, and market dynamics in the healthcare or software industry.
Sales Expertise: Demonstrated ability to drive client acquisition, close deals, and achieve revenue goals.
Networking: Exceptional networking skills with the ability to develop relationships with healthcare executives and decision-makers.
Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to negotiate contracts and build win-win relationships.

Qualifications:
