Job Description

  • Data Management: Maintaining accurate records of client interactions, preferences, and property details in a centralized system.
  • Workflow Automation: Setting up automated follow-ups, emails, and reminders to ensure timely communication.
  • Site Visit Coordination: Scheduling, tracking, and capturing notes on client site visits to gauge interest and progress.
  • Post-Sales Support: Issuing demand letters, handling payment receipts, and coordinating possession processes.
  • Feedback Analysis: Monitoring customer queries, analyzing satisfaction, and managing CRM software efficiency
  • Check-ins: Tracking client visits at the site.
  • Documentation: Ensuring all buyer documents and KYC are completed on-site.
