Globiva Services Pvt Ltd – Customer Service (Inbound Process)
Location: Somajiguda, Opp. Yashoda Hospital, Hyderabad
Globiva is hiring Customer Service Associates for inbound banking support (Kotak, RBL, Border Plus). The role involves handling customer calls, resolving queries, providing accurate information, maintaining interaction records, and meeting service metrics. Candidates must be fluent in English and one regional language. Fresher can apply. Strong communication, computer skills, and problem-solving abilities are required.
